It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy J Tatum of Stamps, Arkansas, who passed away on March 10, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Tatum and Jessie Lee Goree-Tatum; his grandparents, Ed and Mossie Brown; and his siblings, Grady Tatum and Linda Kay Long.

He is survived by: his children, Jeremey Lynn Tatum, Christopher Bernard Williams of Richmond California and Jena Marie Tatum of Lewisville, Arkansas.; his siblings, Rev. Sylvester Tatum (Judy), Rev. Danny Reynolds of Stamps, Vera Jones (Larry) of Toledo Ohio, Gracie Tatum of Texarkana Texas, Marie Dedner (Bay) of Prescott, Rosie Edwards (Robert) of Texarkana, Gwen Richards and Brenda Kay Long of Stamps; his grandchildren, Ayanna Williams of Arkadelphia Arkansas, Jeremey Lynn Williams, Jr., Choir Williams and Christopher Williams, Jr. of Richmond California; his uncle Odell Brown of Houston; and his close friends, Paul Kelly, Arthur Rone, Pete Ward, Earnest Briggs and Kate White. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
