He was predeceased by: his parents, Justice Bullman and Daphne Bullman; his wife Henrietta Estelle Pugh Bullman; his son Henry Bley Bullman; his grandson James Edward Bullman; and his brothers, Jack and Billy Bullman.
He is survived by: his son James T. Bullman, Jr. (Dorothy) of Stamps, AR; his granddaughters, Crystal Penick (Mark) of Stamps, AR and Kimberly Dukes (Carl) of Knoxville, TN; his great grandchildren, Elijah Penick, Hannah Penick, Joshua Dukes and Callen Dukes; and his sisters, Jean Roy of Oregon and Betty Prince (Charles) of Texas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
