She is survived by: her children, Marco Carter (Carlo) of Prescott, Gregory Carter, Jr. (Laura) of Hunington, California and Taylor Carter of Waldo, Arkansas; and her siblings, Patsy Hughey (Curtis) of Camden, Arkansas, Jerry Curry Willis (Eudora) and Gary Willis (Dezrail) of Magnolia. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
