He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clyde Kirtley and Alma Lee O'Brien Kirtley; his daughters, Karen Trafford (John) of Plumerville and Kimberly Kirtley of Conway; his grandchildren, Derrick Trafford (Robin) of Martinez, Christina Eldridge (Jonathan) of Hattieville, Anthony Hawkins of Little Rock and Deonte Hawkins of Conway; his great grandchild Abigail Trafford of Martinez, Georgia; his siblings, Deloris Dixon of Springfield and Dewayne Kirtley; and his great grandchild Samuel Trafford. He was also cherished by his parents and wife.
