He is survived by: his children, Wayne Scroggins (Sandy) of Cuero, Texas and Barbara Marler (Fred) of Springfield, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Rebecca Leann Heffington, Christopher Marler (Karla) and Misty Villa (Justin); his great grandchildren, Curtis Henderson, Kayla, Nicole Heffington, Zayden, Brody, Lachlan and Jordan Villa; and his siblings, Jerry Scroggins (Mona Kay) and Betty Jo Blair.
