He is survived by: his wife Mary Capwell; his sons, Phillip Edward Cooper Jr (Pamela, Perry Joseph) and Wendell Cooper; his stepdaughters, Christy Hash (Dennis, Hillary Allen) and Bonninda Bratton (Robert); and his siblings, Robert Rollins (Cindy), Steve Rollins, Connie Miller-Higgins (Sam, Angela Rollins), Jennifer Rollins, Diane Miller and Linda Miller. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
