He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Moore and John W. Powell; and his brother Carl E. Myers. He is survived by: his brothers, Wesley W. Powell of Hopewell, VA and Randy Myers (Debbie) of Rogers, AR.; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica Fritts (Halley), Chris Myers, Cory Myers (Melanie) and Casey Myers (Jillian). He is also survived by four great nieces and a great-great niece and nephew, several aunts and uncles and many cousins.
