He was predeceased by: his wife Bettye Ruth DeNeui. He is survived by: his children, Diana Fine (Ron) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and David M. Oliver (Kristin) of Fort Myers, Florida; his grandchildren, Mark Andrew Fine, MD (Tabitha) of Oklahoma City, Emily Hayasaki (Casey) of Starbase, Jamie Herman (Ben) of Port Matilda, Jessica Oliver (Ryan) of Fort Myers and Laila Fawver (Chris) of Fort Myers, Florida.; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Owen, Natalie, Ruby, Ruth, Braylen, Eden and Oliver; his nieces and nephews, Karen, Leeah, Lauren, Terrie, Ricky and Mark; and also, Bessie Banks (Floyd) of Fort Worth and Calvin Smith of Rome, Georgia. He is also survived by four great-great nephews.
