She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewel O. Smith and Altie Verdie Lane Smith; her brother Cleburne Smith; and her great grandchild Lauren Qualls. She is survived by: her children, Greta Qualls (Richard) of Rogers, Karen Gibbons (Kenny) of Jenks, Vickie Judy (Rodney) of Lowell, Dena Klenc (John) of Rogers, Arkansas and Marlin Spradling (Nancy) of Gravette, Arkansas; and her brother Laverne Smith (Carolyn) of Woodland, California. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
