She was predeceased by: her husband Marion "Jim" Lee Kilpatrick Jr.; her parents, Lon McGarrah and Ruby Marie Hite McGarrah; her siblings, William McGarrah and Lucille McCarty; and her stepson Eddie Kilpatrick.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jan (Ron Yates), Glinda (Kenny Avey), Teresa (James Luney) and Miranda (Frank Taylor); and her stepdaughters, Kay Kilpatrick of Tuskahoma, OK and LeeAnna Kilpatrick of Clayton, OK. She is also survived by 18 Grandchildren and 36 Great-grandchildren.
