The passing of Dorothy Earlene Moore of Springdale, Arkansas, born in Berryville, Arkansas leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on November 1, 2024 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lionel Scarrow and Jo Scarrow (Franklin); and her husband Albert Donel McCalister. She is survived by: her siblings, Roy Scarrow (Linda), Bobby Scarrow (Freda), Johnny Scarrow (Geneva), James Scarrow (Mary Ann), Betty (Scarrow) and Ambrose (Carl); her children, Mike McCalister, Patricia Taylor, Alan McCalister (Lori) and Earl McCalister; and her grandchildren, Rebecca, Heath, Rachael, David M., Ben, David P., Lisa and Chris. She is also survived by twenty-two great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel (302 E Madison Ave, Berryville, AR 72616). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Rock Springs Baptist Church (1898 Co Rd 211, Berryville, AR 72632).
