She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd Ray Deen; her parents, Melvin Neeley and Frances Dunkleberger; and her stepfather Herman Dunkleberger. She is survived by: her children, Gina Sue Simmons, Rebecca Ann Petcavich, Karen Petrina Childress (Larry) and David Neeley Deen (Cherrie); and her sister Janet Crozier. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
