She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Raymond Peek and Iva Jane Peek (Scoggins); her husband Adrill Winningham; and her sons, Ray and George Winningham.

She is survived by: her children, Jo Ann Clark (Ronnie) of Berryville, AR, Mac Winningham (Lenora) of Rogers, AR and Gail Henline (Rick) of Springdale, AR; her grandchildren, Kristina Bass, Travis Winningham, Josiah Henline and Marc Henline; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Lane, Jerrith, Cale, Paige, Branden, Jessa, Jack, Beau, McKayla and Zachary; and her great great grandchildren, Dalton, Cameron and Reagan.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wasson Chapel (441 US-412, Siloam Springs, AR 72761).
