He is survived by: his sibling Rivers Health; his children, Brad Meeks (Chanda) of Mabelvale and Brenda Crawley of Arkadelphia; his brother Bobby Meeks of Crossett; his nieces, Tanya Clemons of Bearden and Angela Schanzlin of Locust Bayou; his great-niece Brooke Sparkman of Locust Bayou; and his great-nephews, Blake Sparkman and Cody Sparkman of Pine Bluff.
