James Edward Brashier Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Edward Brashier of Sparkman, Arkansas, who passed away on July 4, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint James Edward leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hardy Edward and Berdena Nellie Wilson Brashier; his wife Virginia Rose Brashier; and his siblings, Emma Jean Scott, Dallas Brashier and Robert Brashier.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Brashier of Sparkman, Susan Leslie Alvarado (Juan) of Oklahoma City, OK and Sandra Jean Gates of Fenton, MO; and his sister Betty Stewart of Arkadelphia. He is also survived by six grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
