He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Douglas White and Alverda Fore White; his wife Martha Barber White; and his sister Jane Johnson. He is survived by: his grandson Joseph; his children, Donny White (Christie) of Sparkman and Diane White Brown (Chris Brown) of Waco Texas; his brother John White (Joy) of Little Rock; and his sister-in-law Sarah Lonquist of St. Petersburg, FL. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Benton Funeral Home (501 W 4th St, Fordyce, AR 71742). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sparkman First Baptist Church.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, P.O.Box 187, 213 S. Broadway Ave. Sparkman, AR 71763.

“My thoughts and prayers are with Donny, Joseph and the entire White family!! What a wonderful man was Don White! I am so glad I got to meet him 20 years or so ago, and became friends! He reminded me so much of my Dad! And, he was certainly part of the greatest generation! I hope you can all find comfort in knowing he is in a much better place, surrounded by so many loved ones!
