He is survived by: his wife Pat A. Maxwell; his brother Ricky K. Maxwell of Morrilton; his son Mark A. Maxwell (Adelia R. Maxwell) of Morrilton; his grandchildren, Shelby L. Carroll (Jesse Carroll) of Solgohachia, Brady A. Maxwell of Springfield and Jordan R. Staude (Jason Staude) of Bradford; and his great grandchildren, Lucas, Riley, Curtis Carroll, Paisley, Dusty, Brian Staude and Bentley L. Ward.
