He is survived by: his children, Timothy Ray McKnight, Johnny Bookout (Adella), Dianne McKnight Ray (Ronnie), Henryetta Bookout Tyler, Jerry Ann Bookout Winters and Betsy Bookout Cameron (Mike). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
