She was predeceased by: her parents, Baz Garrett and Dora May Garrett (Bennett); her former husband Donald L. Smith; her husband Wayne Stout; and her son Jack L. Smith.
She is survived by: her pet Skeeter; her children, Ed Smith (Delena) of Poughkeepsie, Priscilla Jackson of Ceres and May Alma Turner of Davis, California; and her stepchildren, Steve Stout (Sarah) of Newark, Linda Phillips (Jeff) of Batesville and Teresa Barnett of Batesville. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty four great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
