She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Newton and Geneva Marie Culver Bilbrey; her husband William Albert Wallis, Jr; and her sister Madia Marie Edward (Sissy). She is survived by: her children, Bilbrey Joe Wallis (Linda) of Smithville and Billie Fry (Mike) of Pocahontas; her grandchildren, Joseph Heath Wallis, Lea Rivera and Wendie Allyson Phelps; and her great grandchildren, Kylan, Abby, Mason, Isaac, Caroline and Maggie.

In lieu of flowers you may make a contribution to the New Hope Baptist Church % Karen Phillips or the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro.
