He was predeceased by: his parents, Hairm Lee and Aray Gibbons Foley. He is survived by: his wife Linda Miller; his daughter Kimberly Fowler (Stephen) of Jonesboro; his siblings, Jerry Foley (Deborah) of Smithville and Louise Foley of Smithville; and his grandchildren, Logan Fowler and Allison Fowler.
