He is survived by: his cousin Tim Davis; his nephews, JonDavid Penn and Daniel Davis; his grandchildren, Melvin, Opha Hugg (Lawson Richey) and Daniel Richey; his siblings, Dana Penn (David) of Hoxie, Rhonda Thacker (Jim) of Pocahontas and Allen Davis of Pocahontas; his nieces, Sarah Thomas, Amber Manning, Randi Winslow and Jerica Mans; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ethan, Evan, Elliot, Rylee, Luke, Leona, Khloe, Elijah, Jax and Joanna; and also Walling.
