She is survived by: her children, Jim Perkins of Smithville, Jo Perkins of Smithville and Myra Bradford (Randy) of Mountain Home; her grandchildren, Blake Perkins (Jodie), Magen Bates (Daniel), Paula Perkins and Jeffery Jines; and her great grandchildren, Maddox, Rylan Perkins, Kobe, Emery Bates, Owen Wheeler, Paityn, Tinsley Durham and Adalynd Jines.
Family is requesting social distancing and mask guidelines be followed.
