He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Garland, Gaye Stone and Katie Blackwell. He is survived by: his parents, Jewel Faye Blackwell and Donald Lee Blackwell; his daughters, Carrie Lynn Blackwell and Elizabeth Ann Turner; his grandchildren, Caityn Ann Turner (Justin), Rashaun Goodwin and Ricki Ashtyn Lewis; his great grandchild Jaxson Alexzander Ponder of Braydon Ponder; his siblings, Roger Blackwell (Teresa) and Jackie Sparks; his close friend Angie Lewis; his friends, Joanie and Danny Orren; and his pet Gizzy. He is also survived by two nieces; two nephews; a host of cousins.
