He was predeceased by: his parents, James Freeman McMenis and Eleanor Blair Jones McMenis; his grandparents, James Ezra McMenis, Gertrude Elizabeth Dunlap McMenis, Stacey Homer Jones and Nellie Redditt White Jones; and his sister Barbara Ann McMenis Teaster.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Smith McMenis; his sons, Chad of Smackover, Todd of Smackover and Blake of Smackover; his grandchildren, Sara, Adriel, Zaden, Maiya and Silas; his siblings, James McMenis of Smackover and Debbie Jefcoate of New Zealand; his mother-in-law Helen Smith; and his sister-in-law Kaye Tolin (Tim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be made to Smackover First United Methodist Church, Liberty Methodist Church, Louann, AR, Liberty Cemetery Association, or Life Touch Hospice.
