We are sad to announce that on March 26, 2020, at the age of 56, Patrick S. Smith (Smackover, Arkansas), born in El Dorado, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Smith and Barbara Smith of Smackover; and his siblings, Stacy Aycock (Jim) of Smackover and Laron Smith (Susan) of Lisbon, AR. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, three great nieces, aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to UCAPS, 1000 Sunset Rd, El Dorado, AR 71730.
