With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judge Duffy Rowan Jr. of Smackover, Arkansas, born in El Dorado, Arkansas, who passed away on May 21, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Judge Duff Rowan, Sr. and Cynthia Johnson Rowan; his son Rickey Ray Rowan; and his sister Berta Jo White. He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Rowan of Smackover; his children, Sheryl Taylor (Guy) of El Dorado, Gregg Rowan (Carolyn) of Smackover and Mike Rowan (Kathy) of Smackover; his grandchildren, Lindsey Taylor (Tad Hobbs) of El Dorado, Matt Taylor (Danna) of El Dorado, Cassie Hegwood (David) of Smackover, Bryce Rowan (Haley) of Smackover and Chase Rowan (Spencer) of Elizabethtown, KY; his great grandchildren, Jace Lowery, Maycie Kate Taylor, Hudson Taylor, Cole Taylor, Alex Rowan, Eli Rowan and Jacob Hobbs; and his brothers, Payton Rowan of Red Bluff, CA, Jimmy "Bud" Rowan of Benton, AR and Clyde Rowan (Linda) of Benton, AR. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
