He is survived by: his children, Chasity Birkeland (Seth) and Tad Rogers (Brooke); his mother Gayle Rogers; his sisters, Rebecca Sterling, Donna Norsworthy and Kathryn Perry; and his grandchildren, Alysa, Lorelai, Faith, Jaxon, Alexis and Riley Jade.
