He was predeceased by: his mother Maxine Copeland Weaver; his wife Cathryn Weaver; and his daughter Kimberly Michelle Weaver. He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Kelley (Robert); his grandchildren, Chloe of Conway, Carly of Conway, Catie Kelley of Conway, Madison Fear of Hot Springs and Matthew Fear of St. Louis; and his brothers, Ronny Weaver (Marsha) of Crossett and Larry Weaver (Debbie) of Smackover.
