He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Leland Watts, Sr. and Wilma Earline Montgomery Watts. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Watts of Smackover; his daughter Rebecca Watts of Texarkana, AR; his siblings, William Watts (Tammy) and Sandra Morton of El Dorado; and his nephews, Heath Watts (Kelsey), Grady Watts, Blake Watts (Peighton) and Daniel Morton (Melissa).
