It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Louise Lemoine (Smackover, Arkansas), who passed away on November 15, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Boyd Kinder and Viola Bryant Kinder; and her daughter Cynthia Ann Neely (Roy James). She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Neely (Marilyn) of Louann and Ronny Neely (Sheri) of El Dorado; her sister Frankie Hollingsworth (Buddy) of Smackover; and her great grandchildren, Haley Mullin, Megan Mullin, Colton Thomas, Kasynn Neely, Lillian King, Jonsie Bledsoe and Liam Bledsoe.
