She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Austin and Verda Austin; her husband Bill Couch; her brother Dean Austin; and her granddaughter Bridgette Millsap.

She is survived by: her children, Sharon Whorton of Gravette, Linda Cloud (Tim) of Siloam Springs, Kay Millsap (Wally) of Gentry and Karel Hayre (Mark) of Centerton, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Krystal Jordan (Jarad), Kevin Hayre (Ashley), Heidi Nance (Jonathan), Courtney Millsap-Place (Dakota), Austin Millsap (Yochabel), Taner Cloud, Levi Cloud, Joshua Hatfield and Lisa Hatfield-Baran (Joe); her brother Bryant Austin (Janet) of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; her sister-in-law Betty Austin of Pryor, Oklahoma; and her friend John Vickers. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
