He is survived by: his wife Maria Guadalupe Hernandez Delgado; his children, Jazmin Rubio of Siloam, Rebecca Rubio, Trejo of San Jose, California, Carlos Rubio of Phoenix and Esteban Rogelio; and his siblings, Pilar Rubio of Mexico, Elvia Rubio, Veronica Rubio, Maria Rubio of California, Esther Rubio of Chicago, Graciela Rubio of California, Abel Rubio, Jerardo Rubio and David Rubio of California. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
