He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Howard and Ethel Blaine Howard; and his wife Joyce Yvonne Howard. He is survived by: his children, Berschel Howard of Grove, Mary Ann Schaefer of Siloam Springs, Loretta Jackson of Richland and Gloria Skipper of Westville, Oklahoma; and his sister Reta Reading of Gentry, Arkansas. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and twenty-four great-grandchildren.
