She is survived by: her daughter Troiella Jeffus (Paul) of Bethel Heights, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Maredith Jackson (Bryan) of Gentry, Megan Larson (Jason) of Gentry, Drew Jeffus (Jessie) of Gentry and Naomi Fields of Springdale, Arkansas; her brother-in-law Ralph Fields of Rogers, Arkansas; her daughter-in-law Tacara Fields of Springdale, Arkansas; and her caregiver Howard Tate of Siloam Springs, Arkansas.. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
