She is survived by: her parents, Birl Cotter and Milicent McCarty; her daughters, LeeAnn Holstine and Amanda Fesler (Matt); her grandchildren, Kolby, Keegan, Madison and Olivia; her siblings, Mark Cotter (Dani) and Nona McElroy; and her nieces and nephews, Philip McElroy, Garen McElroy, Shalana Warnick, Zach Hazelhurst and Ben Cotter.
