He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Milner and Edna Jewett Milner; his son Scotty Milner; his stepdaughter Renee'Clark; his brother David Milner; and his granddaughter Lisa Milner.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his sons, Gary Milner of Siloam Springs, Kevin Milner of Springfield, MO and Brian Milner of Avoca, AR; his stepchildren, Chris Clark of Siloam Springs and Kim Clark of Pocahontas, AR; and his siblings, Al Milner, Terry Milner of Sand Springs, OK and Sharon Ridenour of Savanah, GA. He is also survived by five grandchildren, seven step grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren; along with many other family members and friends.
