She was predeceased by: her parents, William Arthur and Martha Kiser (Scroggins); and her husband Gordon Lee Smith. She is survived by: her son Rex A. Smith of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Sarah Fox of Carney, Oklahoma, Joshua Abel of Tulsa and Isaiah Feken of Des Moines, Iowa; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Feken of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and her nephew Gary Trook of Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and great-grandchildren.
