He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Hepler; his daughters, Carla Hendren (Mark) of Colcord and Donna Hignite (Dwight) of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Olivia Thompson (Gary) of Kansas, Hannah Mote (Justin) of Siloam Springs and John-Mark Hendren of Colcord, Oklahoma; his great grandchildren, Drake Thompson, Thomas Thompson, Kaori Thompson, Gabriel Henry, Scarlett Thompson, Zander Thompson, Kason Thompson and Preston Mote; his godson Steve Brownell; and his sister Doris Porterfield.
