He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Edwin Martin and Lela Maxine Neal (Crile); his brother Larry Joe Kirkpatrick; and his granddaughter Nikki Smith. He is survived by: his wife Frances Gaylene Martin of Watts, OK; his daughters, Donna Smith (Charlie) of Colcord, OK and Pam Slaughter (Scott) of North Pole, AK; his grandchildren, Christian Smith, Cami Slaughter, Samantha Slaughter and Lucian Slaughter; his great grandchildren, Ema Smith, Elijah Kehoe and Anneliese Kehoe; and his siblings, Jim Martin and Shirley Ford of Siloam Springs, AR. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wasson Funeral Home (441 US-412, Siloam Springs, AR 72761). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Fayetteville National Cemetery (700 S Government Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72701).
