She is survived by: her children, Bobby W. Garrett (Andrea) of Siloam Springs, Terry N. Garrett (Shari) of Cincinnati, AR, Lisa L. Martin of West Allis and Susan A. Watts of Siloam Springs; and her stepsons, George E. Douthit (Gloria) of Shawnee and Guy H. Douthit (Diana) of Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
