He is survived by: his sisters, Gaylene Martin (Donald), Janice Ketcher of Chester, AR and Tammy Norrid of Stilwell, OK; and his nieces and nephews, Donna Smith, Pam Slaughter, Joshua Ketcher, Noah Ketcher Jr., Jacob Ketcher, Michael Reinhardt and Sylvia Reinhardt.
