He was predeceased by: his parents, Titus Chinn and Nancy Chinn of Siloam Springs, Arkansas.; his sisters, Mary Jane Harrod (Jerry Harrod), Carol Skalla and Nancy Lock (Charles "Chuck" Lock); and his nephew John James.
He is survived by: his wife Sharron Chinn; his children, Alison Holcomb (Gregg), Justin Chinn (Lori), Stephen Huffman (Ellen) and Suzannah McGrath (Patrick); his grandchildren, Dashiell Holcomb, Declan Chinn, Alex Standley, Jack Standley, Alesia Kotcamp, Jason Swords and Crystal Swords; his brothers-in-law, Robert Santerre and Robert Skalla; and his nieces and nephews, John Lock (Sonda), Charles Lock (Neisa), Richard Lock (Beth), Douglas Lock (Lerene), Jennifer Wise (Matt), Mike Harrod (Shelly) and Dana Ciaravino (John). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
