He was predeceased by: his parents, William Biewer and Ruth Biewer; his wife Carol; his son Tommy; and his siblings, Dennis, Richard and Frances.
He is survived by: his siblings, Robert, Donald, William, Nancy Biewer and Jo Ann Bosi; and his grandchildren, Megan and Nathan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
