He was predeceased by: his parents, W. J. Hightower and Loural Brewer Hightower; and his daughter Emily Hightower. He is survived by: his children, Austin Callaham of Kansas and Shanna Hoey (Joseph) of Rogers; his siblings, Donald Ray Hightower (Alice) of Evening Shade and Janie Morgan (Bob) of Brockwell; and his grandchildren, Jaden Hoey, Parker Hoey, Nicole Hoey and Lilly Callaham. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
