He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Ann Neal; his parents, Herbert Neal and Nell Neal; his brother Mallory Neal; and his brother-in-law William Michael Wilkins.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Lea Gibbons (Shane) of El Dorado and William Michael Neal of Hot Springs; his grandchildren, Hunter Wilson (Quimby), Zane Wilson and Tyler Gibbons (Katie); his great grandchildren, River Wilson, Opie Wilson and Jaxon Gibbons; his siblings, Nelda Blaylock (Charles) of El Dorado and Bobby Neal of Smackover; his siblings-in-law, Butch Wilkins, Ann Wilkins and Martha Neal; and his friend Marla Ramsey.
