With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Spickler Fulton (Shirley, Arkansas), born in Mount Morris, Illinois, who passed away on May 23, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Spickler and Mildred Thurm Spickler; her son Roger Fulton; and her brother Delbert Spickler. She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Newman of Florida, Sandra Heckmen (Mark) of Illinois and Pamela Clinkingbeard (Bruce) of Calico Rock; her siblings, Orville Spickler (Barbara) of Texas, Everett Spickler (Charlotte) of Illinois and Lorraine Soltow (Paul) of Illinois; her grandchildren, Candice Koch (David), Stephanie Estock (Dan), Casey Sanders and Jeremy Newman; and her great grandchildren, Colton Estock, River Estock, Payton Koch, Cameron Koch, Kye Koch and Rylen Koch. She is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
