She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley Cowan and Ivalene Alberta Priebe Jones; her brother Jackie D. Jones; her son Randy Freeman; and her brother-in-law Wayne Reed.

She is survived by: her husband Tim Nichols; her children, Hunter Holman (Kaitlyn Kirkland) and Holley Holman (Blake Bauman); her siblings, Jerry E. Jones, Mary K. (Jim Ed Gibson) and Tammy (Tony Lirette); and her grandchildren, Drake, Emersyn and Cohen Bauman.
