He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Hardy; his daughter Brenda Lee Odham; his parents, Fred Hardy and Jessie Hardy; and his siblings, Bob Reel and Virginia Hardy.
He is survived by: his children, Linda McCraw, Debbie Hardy (David), Dawn Hardy (DJ) of Little Rock and Freddy Hardy (Cindy) of Bryant, Arkansas; and his sisters-in-law, Lois Mitchum of Pontoon Beach and Kay Wiedeman of Granite City, Illinois.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Arkansas Hospice.
