He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wiley and Mary Owens; his wife Shirley Lee Owens; and his siblings, Vernon, Ray, Ferrel, Billy, Cecil Owens, Lorene Mason, Norvel Rogers, Faye Owens and Arlene Bishop.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Owens (Julie) of Lewisville, NC, Kevin Owens of Junction City, AR, Jeff Owens (Anita) of Junction City and Susan Humphrey (Brian) of Pea Ridge, AR; his sister Erma Hubbard (Huey) of Junction City; his sisters-in-law, Lanelle Owens Yvonne Owens, Dovie Jones (Jimmy) and Tressie Lewis (David); his grandchildren, Garrett Owens (Molli) of Whitehouse, TX, Ross (Becca) of Huntersville, NC, John Owens of Lewisville, NC, Morgan, Meagan and Michael Humphrey of Pea Ridge, AR; and his great grandchild Gray Ellis Owens of Whitehouse, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
